Day School
Day School is a half-day drop-off group training program for dogs older than 5 months. This program includes play, training, and rest breaks to aid emotional regulation.
Each Day School student works with a certified trainer on a customized training plan based on your training goals.
Ideal for busy guardians who need help accelerating their training plan, we’re here to support the work you’re already doing or lay a solid foundation for you to build upon at home.
Curated specifically for dogs who may not succeed in a traditional daycare setting, Day School is designed to build confidence and reduce fear and reactivity around other dogs.
A small dog-to-trainer ratio ensures all students receive ample one-on-one attention throughout the day.
What’s included:
Small class size of 3-7 dogs
Customized training plan
Each dog receives 30 minutes of one-on-one training time with a certified trainer
We work on YOUR goals during school time. Popular requests include:
Recall, leash walking, Leave It, Drop It, Sit, Down, relaxation, impulse control, grooming and husbandry skills, tricks and agility, crate training, and improving the reliability of known cues among distractions
Supervised play punctuated by rest breaks to promote emotional regulation - dogs will learn how to take breaks from play on cue!
Play time looks different for every dog. We work to make sure each dog has a positive social experience regardless of whether they’re the life of the party or they’re just learning how to make friends for the first time
Relief walks paired with additional outdoor leash training
A written report card sent to you within 24 hours of every session
At least 2 training videos so you know what to work on at home!
