New York City Dog Training
We understand how challenging it can be to raise a dog in NYC. With so much going on it’s easy for dogs to get overwhelmed, but there’s no need to go it alone! Consult with a certified trainer today and ensure you have the tools you need to succeed.
Currently training dogs in Manhattan below 59th Street
Creative solutions for urban dogs.
Training a dog in Manhattan is tough. But if you’ve ever tried to decompress your reactive dog in Washington Square Park or teach a puppy to focus on a crowded Midtown sidewalk, you already know that. Everything is tighter here. The streets are louder, the dog runs are more crowded, and the margin for error on a walk feels a lot smaller than it does anywhere else.
I work with dogs and their people throughout Manhattan, using positive reinforcement methods that are humane, effective, and built for the reality of city life. I'll come to you — your apartment, your block, your building hallway — and build a plan around your actual environment, not a generic program designed for a backyard that doesn't exist.
Every dog and every household is different, which is why each of my NYC clients gets a customized plan based on their specific goals, their dog's history, and what's realistic for life in one of the most intense places in the world.
