Start your relationship with your puppy off on the right foot
Bringing home a new puppy is an exciting time but knowing what to do can feel overwhelming! We’re ready to gently guide you through the process and find solutions that work best for you and your household.
Our trainers come to your home to work one-on-one with you and your new puppy in 60-minute private training sessions. We’ll discuss your current challenges, and suggest management strategies that should help prevent unwanted behaviors, as well as hands-on exercises to help things improve.

What’s covered?
Rather than arriving to your first session with a set curriculum, we take a team-centered approach to working with you. We’ll ask about your specific goals and help you achieve them in a way that’s both humane and sustainable. Typical topics covered during puppy training:
Socialization
House training
Crate training
Grooming and preparing for vet visits
Basic manners skills such as loose Leash Walking, Recall, Sit, Down, Leave It, Drop It. etc.

Whether or not you’ve started formal training yet, your puppy has been learning from you since the moment they came home. It’s never too early to seek expert guidance and prevent your puppy from developing unwanted behaviors.

The answer is different for every puppy but if you’re consistent with your training plan, it should take 1-3 months.

You can’t! Nipping is a normal part of puppy development, similar to how human infants go through a phase where they put unfamiliar objects into their mouths. The goal is not to STOP puppy nipping, it’s to channel it into the appropriate outlets so they grow into an adult who knows where it’s okay to put their teeth.
